Description：

There is a conveyer device in this machine which makes bottles arrange in order. The cardboard are placed on
the other side of this machine. When bottles and papers are conveyed to the packing area, bottles will put on the
surface of packing paper. Then, the cylinder produces powerful suction to make cardboard with bottles forming
the shape of carton. After that, formed carton with bottles will be conveyed to process gluing and to finish packing
procedure.

  Glue Spraying distance is control by encoder, ensuring consistent glue spraying length on each carton and
permit adjustment and memorizing at any time.
  Minimize the changeover times, in order to quickly switch from a production to another one.
  All movable parts are provided with grease nozzle for lubrication. Hard-to-reach bearings located at the
machine bottom are centralized lubrication at outside through oil tubes.
